Shipping policy
All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, and cannot be delivered within that timescale, we will contact you to discuss the situation before processing the order
All orders are dispatched Tues- Fri all with an estimated delivery time of 7 working days.
Please use the Order special instructions box in your cart to give important delivery information, w3w words location (https://what3words.com safe place a parcel can be left or a nominated neighbour. You can also give us any other extra information you wish to here
Please note... When Bank or Public Holidays occur delivery will be delayed.
PACKAGING
Orders will be dispatched in double walled cardboard boxes capable of holing a maximum of 12 x 750ml glass bottles, 6 x 500ml glass bottles, 3 x 2.5L pouches. These boxes hold 12 compartments, 6 compartments, 1 compartment each item in our store ordered will fit in to one compartment each box.
COLLECTION
If you chose to collect your order directly from us "Local Pick-up" Please be aware of our seasonal opening times
January - July Fridays 10-4pm
August - December Mon - Fri 10-4pm
Mid August - Mid November Saturdays 10-4pm

DELIVERY
We send everything through a fragile delivery service.
Will only deliver to addresses within Mainland UK
UK mainland standard delivery charges:

1 Case - £9.50
2 Cases or more £19.00
Local Delivery within 12 miles
Under £75 - £9.50
Over £75 - FREE

Sometimes for reasons beyond our control our chosen courier may not be able to deliver within the specified time frame therefore if you are ordering for a special date or event then please order as far in advance as possible leaving time for any possible delay in delivery.
My Apple Juice cannot be held responsible for, and cannot accept the return and refund of deliveries that do not arrive on time due to the fault of the courier.
My Apple Juice cannot be held responsible for missed delivery from the courier due to the customer providing the incorrect address information or the customers inability to receive the order. If the item is returned to My Apple Juice additional delivery charge may be applied to resend to the customer. Additionally if the item is returned to My Apple Juice as a failed delivery, My Apple Juice will not be able to refund the delivery charge incurred.
