A mix of eating Jonagold (60%) and Bramley cooking apples (40%). Sweetness with an edge of sharpness, the most popular juice for those who do not want their juice too sweet, nor too sharp.

Single Variety press of apples from a Scifresh apple tree. Definitely sweeter - but not overly so. No added sugar of course. Very distinctive taste
Pepple
2/3 conference pears, 1/3 Bramley apples. 100% pears would be too sweet and gloopy. Pepple is sweeter than Medium, has lots of layers to the taste, second most popular juice, after Autumn Blush.

Our juice doesn't need to be kept refrigerated so just find a nice dark place out of the way for the Bottles/Pouches that you haven't started yet.
Once opened, it should be kept in a refrigerator - Bottles should be consumed within 3 – 5 days. Pouches within 4 weeks, don't allow air back into the bag and see if you can last it for the full 4 weeks that we recommend you consume it within. We don't normally manage more than 48 hours...
